Event Description
This presentation will provide information regarding the Enterprise SPICE (ISO/IEC 15504) international project, which brings together best practices from several disciplines, models, and standards into a single comprehensive improvement model, thus alleviating the need to use multiple assessment models. The Enterprise SPICE Process Assessment Model was released for use in September 2010. The presentation will discuss the Enterprise SPICE project structure, model structure and content, and ways to use the model.
